We are ready with a new and safe way to work!
During such unprecedented times we want to make sure that all of our clients and actors are safe and secure during the casting process, so we have developed one of the most streamlined and effective systems for virtual casting. On your end nothing will look different. You will still get a link to our casting sessions with videos and stills of each audition and you will still be able to make your selects and leave notes for you to send electronically for us to read. And of course the videos will still be downloadable.
On our end the process has changed of course, but the good news is that rather than a simple self taped audition I am able to interact and direct each actor’s audition in real time and upload files once I’m happy with what I have on each actor.
Prior to each audition we will send out the script, storyboards and sides as we usually do, but in addition I will send out a tutorial on lighting, sound and filming in order to assure the best quality possible and make each audition as smooth as possible.
Once we are able to hold in person/in studio auditions again we will of course do that, but in the meantime we have an amazing set up!
We also understand that there will be a reluctance to travel during this COVID 19 pandemic, so we also offer Zoom meetings for our callback sessions, allowing clients to be present, and our director or anyone who wishes to give direction during the callback session is able to do so via Zoom or log into our system and direct the actors during the session.
